Our house lies in a quiet location on the pink granite coast. It is a white, neo Breton house with five bedrooms, a large enclosed porch, a terrace, internet, large sand box for children; all on a large 2200 sq. m property. A nature reserve, which stretches itself to the sea shore, begins from behind the property. Rocky coastal strips alternate with sandy beaches. The house lies in an untouched and primitive natural landscape, at a distance of approx. 6 km from Lannion by the seaside. A guarded, sandy beach is at a distance of 800 meters, but two other beaches, one of which for nudist-enthusiasts, are also located in the immediate proximity. The coastal path along the shore unfolds, time and again, new views to the interplay between the sky and sea. Lannion is an attractive shopping destination with a medieval essence. The market extending over the streets of the city is popular with both natives and tourists.

The house is located in an immediate proximity to the sea (800 meters to the beaches). It is peacefully located on the coastal road, secluded from the traffic. A large winter garden and a sprawling garden (2200 sqm property) permits the children to play and enjoy nature. A nature reserve is located behind the house.
Ambience: The estuary of the river Leguer is located in the immediate neighbourhood of our house. Strolls and bicycle tours to the city of Lannion without traffic disturbances are possible along the river. Walks along the shore of the coastal road reveal the breathtaking beauty of the pink granite coast, which alternates to a slate landscape behind the river estuary. The Breton parkland surrounding our house as a nature reserve provides primitive natural experiences. Remarkable art-historical buildings, chapels and churches are situated at the estuary of the river.
Picnic options: Within 15 to 20 minutes from our holiday home you can drive to the following attractive coastal towns: Trebeurden, Tregastel, Perros Guirec and Lannion. Cliffs, sandy beaches and gigantic rock formations alternate the coastal strip of the pink granite coast. Often at low-tide, offshore islands can be reached by foot. Boat trips along the coast are offered and your tourist program should particularly include trips to the seven islands. Our motorised sail boat, which is anchored at the Ile Grande, is offered to you along with the house. It is a Neptun 21 with a 5.5 hp engine (price is negotiable).
Lannion: Beg Leguer is the coastal suburb of Lannion. In 10 minutes from our house on the coastal road (Rue de la Cote de Beg Leguer), you reach the heart of Lannion, a university town with a wonderful medieval essence. Friendly cafes and restaurants invite you to linger. With a large market on Thursdays, the city offers various shopping opportunities.
Golf: An 18-hole golf course with sea-view is situated close to Tregastel.
