The hamlet of Crec’h Mordo is set in the tranquil countryside 1.5km from the Medieval town of Pontrieux, which straddles the river Trieux at its highest navigable point. The town and its port offer a wide selection of restaurants, shopping facilities and a weekly market. We are perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday in the Cotes d’Armor region of Brittany. The two cottages have been renovated to a very high standard and have wood burning stoves and electric heating, offering comfortable all year round accommodation. Both properties are fully equipped with a downstairs kitchen/ dining and lounge area, (with sofa beds), and upstairs bathrooms. The Cottage has a large double bedroom, the Longere 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. There are private south facing sun terraces with garden furniture and barbecues. Children’s games and toys are available along with several adult and children’s bikes. There is English/ French TV in both properties and internet connection.

La Châtaigneraie is on the outskirts of the tiny town of Lamballe but within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the centre with its ancient buildings, lovely and genuinely Breton shops and the bustling market on Thursday morning. There is nothing commercial or industrial about this town that could ruin your visit. Even the supermarkets are tucked away, within easy reach but out of site. Lamballe is situated in the countryside of Côtes d’Armor but within 10 minutes drive to various gorgeous and clean beaches with white sand, turquoise sea and mysterious jagged granite rocks where you can gather world-class mussels, clams and oysters.

It has a very private south facing position looking onto the beautiful open countryside of Central Brittany. The cottage is spacious and well equipped. Comprising: Large conservatory leading onto the front or onto the pool area at the side. Off the conservatory is one of the 2 shower rooms. From the conservatory into a large lounge / dining room with Bretton fireplace .There is a separate kitchen with all facilities, Utility room and toilet. Upstairs is the second shower room one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Outside is the swimming pool with exclusive use to the people renting the cottage. It is 5m x 10m and heated. The pool cover can be rolled back to half way allowing you to swim in the open air or if the weather is not too good, the cover can be kept on still enabling you to swim inside. At the front of the cottage is a large lawn and patio, Ideal for the children to play.

Ker Palu is a rustic, renovated country home with a large fenced in garden. There is a large living room on the ground floor (about 45 m2) with fireplace and dining area, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom.
