Spacious 6 bedroom farmhouse two ensuite,4 of the bedrooms are doubles and the upper floor has just single beds. A large bathroom and upper shower room . Large well equipped kitchen with 5 ring gas cooker and large oven, also dishwasher, washing machine fridge-freezer and microwave. The lounge comfortably seats 14 around the table and around the wood burner. The house also has central heating, the third room on the ground floor is a TV room with video and dvd players it can also be used as an optional 7th bedroom with its sofabed. Outside is a very private garden with picnic table and bbq

Set in tranguil countryside a 20 minute walk to the beach at St Efflam where there is a sailing school for yachs Sand/sea kayaks and sail/kite boards..A local chateau is just a couple of fields away.Plestin is just a 5 minute drive away and has all shopping facilities neccessary for a holiday + a very popular Sunday street market.
Local area: The coastlines of Cote d’Amor rate amongst the most beautiful in France not overtly developed and contain many small sandy beach with coastal footpaths between them. The local towns of Morlaix and Lannion are very colourful holding regular fetes through the summer as well as their weekly markets. Plestin has its market on a Sunday which is the ideal introduction into french life buying local produce then relaxing on the terraces drinking a coffee or a glass of wine watching the locals shop and socialize.
Local activities: Within 5 minutes there are plenty of activities for everyone , a sailing school at St Efflam does kite/wind surfing,sail and sand yachts and kayaks hire or lessons. Horse riding is close by where inland trails can be followed or a gallop across the beach. There are 2 golf courses within half an hour. There are local fetes happening every week where the traditional breton danses can be found and taken part in.

With 7 sun terraces plus equipment, we offer you extraordinary freedom in this location. The castle is located in southern France near Monaco /Monte-Carlo and Nice. You can enjoy a full sea view from everywhere. Even during the winter months, when it is usually cold and ugly, you will be here in blooming nature (blooming period from December to April – lemon and orange harvest in February). For all who already know southern France and for those who want to get to know it, this is a small paradise. By the way – each apartment has a private terrace that can’t be entered by any other guest. Since the pool in the back area is very deep, we cannot accept any small children.

Ideally situated in a quiet residential area, the Studio is a 5 minute walk to the centre of the Old Town. A pedestrianised area bustling with atmosphere, shops, museums, art galleries and numerous bars & excellent restaurants serving International as well as local ‘Nicoise’ cuisine. It is located in the wonderful Port area of Nice with its stunning Yachts and array of surrounding restaurants and bars. Ferries are available from the Port to visit St Tropez, Monaco, Sans Romeo and the Island of Corsica. The studio is close to the Train and Bus stations for day visits to Monaco, Grasse, Antibes, Cannes and Menton (currently 1 only 1 euro!). With the ocean on one side and the mountains as the backdrop, Italy and France come together in Nice!
