This flat occupies the middle of the Longere. The spacious ground floor is divided into the living at the open fireplace, the dining area seats 8 persons and the open kitchen, which is separated by a bar. An open wooden staircase leads to three bedrooms at the attic, a shower and a separate WC. The fourth bedroom at the rear of the ground floor has its own bathroom and separate WC. You share the large enclosed property with the tenants of the small flat. The outside dining area can be set all on the pebbles or the lawn under the apple tree. The cars park perfectly on the pebbles. The owner’s son occupies the flat with the large glass doors and has his separate entrance at the side.

There is a good choice of Restaurants and shops providing you with fresh fish and seafood. A famous weekly market is held every Wednesday at Matignon within commuter range.
