It has two flats under the same roof and an enclosed property. It is a rural location at the hamlet Le Biot, community of St. Cast Le Guildo at Cape Frehel. The large court with pebbles and lawn is playground and car parking. A second outside dining area with garden furniture is in the opposite vegetable garden just at the left side behind the parking. The house has two flats under the same roof and an enclosed garden with pebbles and lawn. A beautiful wooden gate with telecommand secures the entrance to the small drive. One flat accommodates 5 persons and is perfect for a family with adolescents. The large flat in the middle of the building has 4 bedrooms, three of which are attic rooms at the first floor. To the left of the car park there is an enclosed garden with an outside dining area. The entire garden furniture for 13 persons can also be left under the apple tree on the lawn of the main garden or where-ever you wish so. The cars park perfectly on the pebbles. The accommodation with the large glass doors has its own entrance at the side and is the home of the owner’s son.

This small seaside resort is located at Cape Frehel, Côte d’Emeraude just west of St. Malo and has a couple of protected sandy beaches with clean water. There is a good choice of Restaurants and shops providing you with fresh fish and seafood. A famous weekly market is held every Wednesday at Matignon within commuter range.
